These terms cover your use of sweetheartproductions.com, run by Sweetheart Productions LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Sweetheart Productions," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.
Bookings and quotes
The site describes our services in general terms. A booking is confirmed only by a written quote or agreement accepted by both sides, and that document's rates, minimums, cancellation and payment terms control. Sending a request through the site does not by itself book crew, equipment or services.
Crew list
Joining the crew list does not guarantee work or create an employment relationship. Work is offered job by job.
Text messaging
- Program: Sweetheart Productions LLC sends text messages about bookings, scheduling and crew calls to people who give their mobile number and agree to receive them.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email booking@sweetheartproductions.com.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy.

The text, logos and photos on this site belong to Sweetheart Productions LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
No warranties
