Sweetheart Productions LLC ("Sweetheart Productions," "we," "us") runs sweetheartproductions.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Booking requests: your name, company, email, phone number, event dates, venue and the crew, equipment or production help you need.
- Crew list sign-ups: your name, email, phone number, city, positions, certifications and availability.
- Calls and texts: when you call or text our business line, (380) 262-2588, our phone provider keeps a record of the call or message. Calls answered by our automated receptionist may be recorded and transcribed so we can return them.
- Website use: our website host collects basic analytics, such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, and uses cookies to run the site.
How we use it
- To answer booking requests, send quotes and invoices, and plan your event.
- To contact crew about available work and schedule calls.
- To send text messages you have agreed to receive.
- To keep records our business and the law require.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we will text you about bookings, scheduling and crew calls. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or of joining the crew list.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run our business, such as our website host (Squarespace), email provider (Google Workspace) and phone and texting provider (Quo), only so they can provide those services.
- Clients and production partners, when you are booked on their event and they need your name or credential details.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Email booking@sweetheartproductions.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to be removed from the crew list.
Children
This site is for businesses and working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
